orders under $600 will pay $10 for ground shipping.

orders over $600 will receive free ground shipping.

shipping rates apply for all international orders. 

overnight orders placed after 3pm central Monday - Friday will not be processed until the following business day. 

overnight orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.

returns

to initiate a return, visit this link. you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us. if 14 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. all returns should be returned in the original packaging provided.

accessories and sale items are final sale.

the cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund.

international orders will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

all items purchased using a promotional code are final sale. this includes seasonal codes and influencer codes.

items marked final sale are not eligible for return or credit.

refunds

if you are within the 14 day period we will refund your original form of payment. we will notify by email once your return has been received and processed. please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.   

no refunds will be issued for items purchased on sale or using a seasonal promotional code. 

for international orders we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we have received the item. 

price adjustments will not be made after 5 days from purchase.
